Today, IBOXC team together with the following partners : ASFAR CIC (UK) , @ASSOCIAZIONE SUD (IT) , @SC International Internships srl (RO), @InterCollege APS (DK) , and @Anthropolis Antropológiai Közhasznú Egyesület (HU) have concluded the Kick-off meeting of the new project approved LAB4GE. Due to the pandemic the meeting was organized virtually.
This project is an Exchange of good practices and has a duration of 32 months. For LAB4GE project the total amount granted under the programme Erasmus+ is 135.414 €.
What is the purpose of the project?
-To transfer the best practices to counteract gender inequity among adult women.
-To learn the best methodologies, methods and tools to empower women entrepreneurship.
-To raise awareness level of gender inequality among adults of vulnerable groups.
-To strengthen alliances at the regional, national and European level with entities that fight to counteract gender inequality and to empower women entrepreneurs.
The project is aimed at adult women and adult workers who directly or indirectly work with them, but it will be being numerous benefits for the participants to be used at all life areas, both formal and informal, and all levels, as the gender related abuse of power is, lamentably, a very extended problem, affecting half societies no matter their origin. High quality stalls and competences that the participants will develop during the course will equip them with universal techniques ready to be used at work or in life, the course will also deepen their knowledge on those techniques implementation, so they could be ready to use when working with adult women from all backgrounds.
As results of LAB4 GE an online catalogue of the educational tools learned and a policy commitment for at least 3 other NGOs, companies and/or social enterprises per each partner involved will be published.
