NATIONAL PILOT
Due to the current pandemic, the AGILE4CIRC project has had to postpone or modify some of the actions planned to be carried out. Perhaps the most important for the project has been the implementation of the methodology developed by the consortium, since presentacil training and online training are executed very differently. The team has made a great effort and has been adapting (and learning) how to use the new digital possibilities.
The pilot has been carried out with the collaboration of the European University and the participation of a total of 30 students from 2 areas, 23 of them from the Innovation Management subject and another 7 from International Business. Therefore, 2 pilots have actually been carried out, one in Spanish (group 1) and the other in English (group 2) to adapt it to the needs of each group. During the months of March, April and May 2021, different sessions were developed with the groups, based on the following workflow:
The pilot focused on, using Agile Methodologies, developing a business idea from scratch, organizing it, focusing the idea on personal goals (through the completion of their own IKIGAI), grouping similar goals (technology, environment, sport) creating groups of work to develop an idea and its Canvas Business Model, and finally, present the business idea through Pitch Elevator.
EUROPEAN PILOTING
Subsequently, and together with the rest of the project partners, the LTTA activity was developed from May 25 to 31, 2021. More than 25 participants from Spain, the Netherlands, Macedonia, Greece and Luxembourg worked with the members of the AGILE4CIRC team. The process was similar to that of the national pilot, the students developed their motivations from the beginning, they learned what the Circular Economy is and working groups were created based on thematic affinities. In this LTTA instead of making the Business Model Canvas, it was proposed to develop the ideas using AGILE methodologies to create SPRINTS.
The result was formidable ideas that we hope can be carried forward in the incubation stage.
