There are projects that make a difference and the AGILE4CIRC project is one of them. The pandemic forced the entire project to be restructured from face-to-face to digital, a challenge that has led IBOX and, in general, the consortium, to work in a new way. The project, as has happened with many others during the pandemic, was planned for 24 months, but an extension of another 6 months was requested in order to adjust the work to be done. Of the planned face-to-face meetings, the consortium could only be found in Luxembourg at the start of the project, with all other meetings being online. To this, continuous periodic meetings were added to review the work carried out, and many of them were bilateral. We can consider this a good practice, since online availability, being more flexible, allows better monitoring of tasks.
We learned to use Padlet and Mural as online collaborative tools. We installed and also learned to share the work with zoom. Little by little I-Box was “digitized” and acquiring new tools for it.
In collaboration with MERAKIwe adapt face-to-face training to the digital world, quickly learning to make more enjoyable presentations with Slidesgo and Canva. Participation was a success with the collaboration of the European University of Valencia. Later, we had the training activity with 5 students selected by each partner where they worked with agile methodologies (SCRUM) and different very interesting business project ideas were developed.
The project ends this month of February 2022, after having incubated the selected ideas and with the desire to continue learning.
