Next week, we will be hosting in Valencia from the 7th to the 9th of June the third participatory visit of the LAB4GE Project – Learn Abroad to do Better at home for Gender Equality – funded under Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership (020-1-HU01-KA204-078745).
This will be the occasion to share knowledge and best practices with our partners from Hungary, the UK, Denmark, Italy and Romania about Gender Equality and Entrepreneurship as a key component to foster female economical autonomy and labour perspective, especially in the aftermath of the COVID19 pandemic and the resulting destruction of employment that dramatically stroke the most vulnerable women.
Social innovation and entrepreneurship is seen as a relevant way forward to provide for themselves and their families, especially for those women who encounter barriers to access traditional employment.
During these three days we will have the opportunity to meet with local institutions to better understand the progress of Gender Equality as well as visit entrepreneurial projects such as women’s cooperatives. We will also share IBOX methodologies to inspire women and enhance their entrepreneurial journey.
