WECAN (Women’s Entrepreneurship CoAches traiNing)

The WECAN project has just been launched with our kick-off meeting with other European partners  (Eurocircle – Europe Direct Knowledge Center Center for Social Innovation – CSI
ΣΕΓΕ / SEGE – Σύνδεσμος Επιχειρηματιών Γυναικών Ελλάδος Centro per lo sviluppo creativo Danilo Dolci) on the 19th and 20th of November in Valencia. It has been approved under the agreement 2019-1-FR01-KA204-062215.

The project has a duration of 24 months and will apply Agile methods to perform coaching and mentoring tasks.

This project is about women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship and is funded by the ERASMUS+ program with 182 126,00 €.

“WECAN”, an European partnership project will design an innovative learning programme to encourage the entrepreneurial activity among female adults (potential entrepreneurs, freelancers, unemployed) at the age of 30-45 with no or little entrepreneurial experience.

WECAN enhances the entrepreneurial mindset among female would-be or young entrepreneurs. The project will also create women’s knowledge sharing e-hubs in the partner countries and will strengthen participants competences in business continuity, risk management, communication, negotiation skills, business plan writing, digital marketing, and leadership.
