The objective of this project is to avoid the increase in NEET rates, supporting VET teachers with an online / mixed methodology and itinerary that ensures the development of emotional and transversal competences of students at risk of dropping out, with in order to increase your commitment to education. and their employability in the new dynamic and digital labor market. Doing this requires a high commitment and collaboration of various stakeholders and experts to generate a scheme that can be easily adopted by VET teachers in all EU countries and that supports them with open trainings and methodological guides and tools.
Expected results
- A common framework on transversal competences associated with digital competences, key for the commitment to education and employment in today’s digital society.
- Online itinerary for the development of transversal competences of VET students at risk of dropping out.
- An online open MOOC for VET teachers on the implementation of the itinerary.
- An online skills assessment tool and methodology to identify and assess the development of transversal skills online.
